Happy Sabbath my brothers and sisters! It’s been a while since I’ve made a video.
A few days ago, while I was reading Revelation, I was reading Revelation chapter 14 and the Holy Spirit gave me fresh eyes to see what’s happening in this chapter and He has given me a new understanding and revelation about its timing. So let’s talk about what He’s shown me.
Verses 1 through 5, regarding the 144,000, that will take place in heaven after the rapture. John is shown those who are faithful and true to Christ, who are also pure and undefiled, after having been shown the Mark of the Beast and all who have taken it.
Then John is shown the gospel being preached to all the earth. This is a pre-tribulation event which has taken place over the past two-thousand years.
After this, there is an angel who has declared ‘Babylon has fallen!’
Babylon (America) falls at the start of the Tribulation. She is destroyed quickly by a series of events. Revelation 18:10 states that Babylon is destroyed in one hour. This ‘one hour’ may be a literal hour or it may be symbolic of a very short period of time.
Then John sees another angel warning about the Mark of the Beast.
We know that the Mark has already been introduced and many have already taken it. The statistics show that 4.8 billion people have been fully venomized. That is over sixty percent of the world’s population.
Given the Holy Spirit’s revelation that the venom is the Mark, this part of John’s vision is either a Pre-Trib warning to the world or because it has been said that Babylon has fallen, the warning is for those who have not yet taken the Mark, but will be forced to at the start of the Tribulation.
After this, there is a command to the Saints to have patient endurance. This would be a Pre-Trib command. As we already know that the Mark is here, we have already been given this command to endure patiently until the Lord comes.
Revelation 3:10 says, ‘Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth.’
As we know, the 7 Letters To The Churches were a Pre-Tribulation word of warning and encouragement. Jesus was talking to the Church of Philadelphia when He gave the encouragement and reward to those who endured patiently and promised to keep them from the Tribulation.
So the command to endure patiently in Revelation 14:12 is a Pre-Tribulation command for those who already see the unfolding of events.
Then He goes on to say that those who die in Christ from here forward will be blessed. Why? Because they won’t have to go through the Tribulation.
In verses 14 through 16, the Lord is sitting upon a cloud above the earth. He has a sickle in His hand and an angel comes out from the Temple of God and gives Jesus the instruction to take His sickle and reap. The angel tells Him the harvest of the earth is ripe. Then Jesus swings His sickle over the earth and the harvest is gathered.
Do you see where I’m going? This is very exciting.
The angel who came out of the Temple of God is giving the instruction the Holy Father has given him to go and tell His Son to go and gather His Bride. This is the Rapture.
We’re always talking about how we’re the harvest workers and we’re helping to gather the harvest. And at some point in the very near future, when the Holy Father gives the instruction to Jesus, He will come and reap the harvest of His Bride.
Now this rapture event is not happening in the middle of the Tribulation. I’ve just told you that most of what’s happening in this chapter are Pre-Tribulation events.
The Book of Revelation is not in chronological order. Every time I talk about the Book of Revelation, I have to stress this because the church has been taught a lot of misinformation by leaders and teachers who did not have the Holy Spirit and were not called by God. A lot of the pastors and church leaders were either appointed by men or they appointed themselves for the interest of money. I hope that doesn’t offend you, but it’s true.
I began my journey in Christ, my walk of Salvation, in church. As a new Christian, I loved it. I loved the praise and worship mostly, but I also got into the sermons on Sunday mornings and the teachings on Wednesday nights. But when the Lord Himself began to take me and teach me, I learned so much more and my eyes were truly opened. The Holy Spirit began to show me amazing things and after about ten years in the church, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me to leave the church. He told me that if I stayed in the church, I would become like roadkill, spiritually dead. So in July of 2013, I left and never looked back. The Lord has taught me exclusively from that point forward.
The vision that John saw came in random events, much like the visions or dreams we get from the Holy Spirit. He doesn’t show us things in chronological order and He didn’t show John the events in order either. So in the Book of Revelation, up until chapter 19, there’s a lot of back and forth. The first three to five chapters are showing us things that are going on in heaven from the time of this revelation that is given to John until present day. Then the events of chapter six are Pre-Tribulation events that bring about the fall of Babylon and set up the Tribulation. Then in chapter seven, after the half hour of silence in heaven, the Tribulation officially begins and through chapters eight, nine, and ten, we see the events of the Trumpet Judgments. Then in chapter eleven, we’re taken back to the beginning of the Tribulation again, where the Two Witnesses come down for 42 months. So that takes you through to the middle of the Tribulation, but then in chapter twelve, we go back to the beginning of the Tribulation again and we’re seeing the Rapture and the War and the Rising of the Antichrist who begins persecuting the Body of Christ.
Chapter thirteen takes us back to the present day, before the Tribulation, when the New World Order, the Antichrist, and the Mark of the Beast begins to rise. And in chapter fourteen, it continues on regarding the Mark of the Beast and how the world gave themselves over to it, but those who refused it were harvested up to Christ.
Chapters fifteen through sixteen finally go back into the Tribulation period, but in chapter sixteen verse fifteen, we’re taken back to the Rapture and the destruction of Babylon again.
Then through chapters seventeen and eighteen, it’s about Babylon and her destruction.
The majority of Revelation is about the days leading up to the Tribulation and why God had to destroy Babylon and the Beast system that everyone has given their allegiance to. There’s actually very little spoken about the judgments that occur during the Tribulation.
But let’s go to verses 17 through 20 of chapter 14. These verses are about the left behind.
We’ve always been taught that the grapes are the Tribulation Saints. But that is not what the Holy Spirit is showing me.
The grapes in verses 17 through 20 are those who chose not to give their lives to Christ and they are thrown into the winepress of God’s wrath. It takes grapes to make wine and the winepress is the Tribulation.
In verse 8 He mentions the wine of Babylon’s adulteries. In verse 10, there is a warning to those who take the Mark that they will drink the wine of God’s fury, which will be poured full strength into the cup of his wrath.
These grapes are not Christians. They are the evil and vile unbelievers which have ignored and disobeyed God, giving their allegiance to the Beast.
Verse 20 says they are trampled and their blood flows out of the winepress, rising as high as 1600 stadia or 180 miles. Their death will be a violent one.
Revelation 14 is a view of both Pre-Tribulation and Tribulation events. First, John is shown the Mark of the Beast in Revelation 13 and then he is shown how it came to be, those who chose to remain pure in the Lord, those who chose to take the Mark, and God’s punishment for those who chose to take the Mark.
Many pastors have taught that Revelation 14 was strictly events taking place in the Tribulation. They taught that the 144,000 would remain on the earth during the Tribulation and that the grapes would be Tribulation Saints who would die for Christ. Now we hear people in the Body of Christ teaching that the grapes are another harvest or rapture that takes place later in the Tribulation.
They teach these things because they don’t have a true Holy Spirit understanding or knowledge of Revelation 14’s events. They are teaching from a fleshly point of view.
So let me recap on this chapter real quick here. The Mark of the Beast has already come and sixty percent of the world has taken it. Jesus is up in the clouds waiting for the instruction to harvest or gather His Bride and His Bride is told to endure patiently. Then when He is able to gather His Bride, the 144,000 goes up and we sing a new song to the Lord that only we know upon the heavenly mountain. Then God destroys Babylon and pours out His wrath upon those who have taken the Mark of the Beast. In a nutshell, that is the timeline of this chapter.
I believe the Holy Spirit gave me the understanding of this timeline to confirm how close we are to the Father giving the instruction to Jesus to gather His Bride.
For me, this was a profound revelation. I had never read Revelation 14 in this way before. It was definitely a ‘Wow’ moment.
We are so close now brothers and sisters.
The other day, I posted on my Community that on Monday, July 4th at midnight, we will be entering into the third month of Sivan on God’s calendar.
Normally the month of Sivan falls in June, but we are currently a month off so we are entering Sivan in July this year. And I know that many of you have spoken about feeling led to look for the rapture in June, so I just wanted to let you know that is still a possibility.
I hope this has given you all some encouragement and a better understanding of Revelation 14 as well as where we are currently in the timeline of events.
Remember to endure and wait patiently for the Lord. It’s just about time. Any day now, the Father is going to give His instruction to gather the Bride. Keep watching, keep believing, keep trusting in the Lord.
If you live in the United States, have a safe and happy Independence Day. God bless each and every one of you. Shalom.
